Welcome to Agent Marketeur. By accessing our website and purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. The Pivot: Nature of Our Business

Agent Marketeur is a digital commerce brand providing pre-designed marketing assets. We have transitioned from a service-based agency to a product-led model.

  • We Provide: Instant-download digital templates compatible with Canva.
  • We Do Not Provide: Custom 1-on-1 design services, legal compliance reviews, or managed marketing services.

2. Digital Product Licensing (The “Single-Business” Rule)

When you purchase a template from Agent Marketeur, you are buying a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for your specific real estate business.

Authorized Use (Individual & Team): We understand that real estate is often a team sport. Your license covers the purchasing entity, defined as either:

  • A Single Agent: You may use the template for all your personal listings and marketing.
  • A Single Real Estate Team: You may share the template with your administrative staff, marketing assistants, or immediate team members for the sole purpose of marketing the Team’s listings.

Prohibited Use (The “Brokerage” Boundary): While internal team sharing is permitted, public distribution is strictly prohibited.

  • No Brokerage-Wide Sharing: You may not distribute the template to the entire brokerage office, Facebook groups, or agents outside of your immediate team unit.
  • No Resale: You may not resell, sub-license, or package the editable Canva link for sale to other agents.
  • No “Template Splitting”: You may not separate elements of the design to create new templates for sale.

Summary: If you are using this to sell your listings (or your Team’s listings), you are safe. If you are sharing this so other agents can sell their listings without buying a license, you are in violation of these terms.

3. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made.

  • Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct software (Canva) and technical ability to use the product before purchasing.
  • Exceptions: In the rare event of a file error or technical fault on our end, please contact support for a resolution.

4. Software Requirements & Canva Disclaimer

Our products are engineered specifically for Canva.

  • Affiliation: Agent Marketeur is an independent design shop and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Canva.
  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining your own Canva account.
  • Canva Pro Requirement: While many of our products work with Canva Free, specific products (clearly marked “Luxury Line” or “Pro Features”) may require a Canva Pro subscription to access premium fonts, background removal tools, or advanced filters. It is your responsibility to check the product description for these requirements.

5. Real Estate Compliance Disclaimer

Agent Marketeur provides design assets, not legal compliance.

  • Your Duty: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your marketing materials comply with your local Real Estate Commission, state laws, and brokerage advertising rules.
  • Required Elements: It is your obligation to add necessary legal identifiers (e.g., Equal Housing Opportunity logos, Brokerage Logos, License Numbers) to the templates before publication. Agent Marketeur is not liable for fines or penalties resulting from non-compliant advertising.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the “Master System,” “Asset Reality Framework,” template designs, copy, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of Agent Marketeur. Unauthorized use of our brand narrative or proprietary frameworks for commercial purposes is prohibited.

7. Support & Contact

In alignment with our product-led model, we do not offer phone support or consultations.
