The short version: Agent Marketeur products are licensed for use by one real estate business or one cohesive real estate team.
You may use your purchased products to market your listings, run open houses, capture leads, organize follow-up, prepare client conversations, and support your own real estate workflow.
You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post the editable files, Canva template links, Google Sheet/Form templates, PDFs, guides, or source materials for use by unaffiliated agents, brokerages, offices, or other businesses.
1. Standard Commercial License
Every digital product purchased from Agent Marketeur includes a Standard Commercial License for one business unit.
A business unit means the person, team, or organization using the product as part of the same real estate business.
Unlike many template shops, we do not license by individual seat inside a cohesive team. If your team operates under one shared business identity, one license covers internal team use.
Covered business units include:
Solo Agent
If you are an individual agent, you may use the product for your own listings, open houses, lead capture, client preparation, and business workflows.
Real Estate Team
If your agents and staff operate under a shared team identity, such as “The Johnson Group,” one license may cover use by the team, including agents, assistants, marketing staff, and admin support working on the team’s behalf.
Support Staff or Service Providers
If you are an assistant, marketing coordinator, transaction coordinator, VA, or designer using the product for one licensed agent or team, that is permitted. The product may not be reused across multiple unrelated clients unless each client has their own license.
2. What You Are Allowed To Do
You may:
- Use the product for unlimited listings, open houses, clients, leads, and internal workflows for the licensed business.
- Edit the files to match your brand, colors, fonts, photos, forms, fields, or workflow.
- Share editable files internally with team members, assistants, or marketing staff working on behalf of the licensed business.
- Print unlimited copies of finished materials.
- Export and publish finished marketing materials, such as PDFs, JPGs, social posts, listing materials, open house signs, client guides, or presentation assets.
- Make working copies of Google Sheets, Google Forms, Canva templates, PDFs, or guides for use inside the licensed business.
3. What You Are Not Allowed To Do
You may not:
- Share editable Canva links, Google template links, source files, PDFs, guides, trackers, forms, or setup materials with outside agents or unrelated businesses.
- Post editable source links in public forums, Facebook groups, brokerage intranets, shared office drives, or public resource libraries.
- Resell, sublicense, give away, or redistribute the product files as your own.
- Modify the design or workflow and sell it as a competing template, tracker, form, guide, or digital product.
- Use one purchase to serve multiple unaffiliated agents, teams, brokerages, or client businesses.
- Include Agent Marketeur source files inside another paid product, coaching program, course, membership, lead magnet, or template library.
4. Team Use vs. Brokerage Use
To keep team use generous while protecting the license, we define teams and brokerages differently.
Covered: Real Estate Team
Example: The Johnson Group
The agents operate under a shared team name, shared brand identity, and shared marketing process. A team lead, admin, or marketing coordinator may distribute the product internally so the team can use it consistently.
Verdict: Covered. One license may be used by the team.
Not Covered: Full Brokerage or Office Roster
Example: Big City Realty
Agents operate as independent businesses under the same brokerage. Each agent markets their own listings, pays their own marketing expenses, and uses their own brand or personal business identity.
Verdict: Not covered. A broker, owner, manager, or marketing director may not purchase one standard license and distribute the product to the entire office roster. Each independent agent, team, or business unit needs its own license unless a volume license has been arranged.
5. Brokerage, Office, and Volume Licensing
If you are a broker, owner, team leader, office manager, trainer, or marketing director and want to provide Agent Marketeur products to multiple independent agents or an entire office roster, contact us about volume licensing.
Volume licensing may be appropriate for:
- Brokerages
- Office rosters
- Multi-team organizations
- Training programs
- Marketing departments
- Agent onboarding libraries
- Internal resource hubs

6. Ownership + Intellectual Property
Agent Marketeur retains ownership and copyright of the original designs, templates, systems, guides, layouts, copy structures, and workflow materials.
Your purchase gives you permission to use the product under this license. It does not transfer ownership of the original product or give permission to redistribute, resell, sublicense, or recreate it as a competing digital product.
Violation of these terms may result in license revocation and further action.
