Which product line is right for me?
We organize our templates by “Asset Reality”—meaning, the quality of the photos and time you have available.
- Starter Line: Best if you are a new agent, have mixed-quality photos (or no photos), or need to get a flyer done in 5 minutes without “breaking” the design.
- Pro Line: Best for established agents and teams who want a clean, corporate-polished look and need efficient systems for high-volume listings.
- Luxury Line: Best for $1M+ listings with professional, high-resolution architectural photography. These layouts use editorial spacing and require high-quality assets to look correct.
Starter & Pro Lines: No. These are designed to work fully with Canva Free.
Luxury Line: Yes. To achieve the high-end editorial look, our Luxury templates use advanced features (like background removal and premium fonts) that require a Canva Pro subscription. Please check the product description before purchasing.
Not at all. We operate on a “drag-and-drop” philosophy. If you can click a mouse, you can use our templates. We have engineered the layouts to be “impossible to break,” so you don’t have to worry about messing up the alignment or fonts.
Licensing & Teams
Yes, if you operate as a single business unit. One license covers your entire immediate team (e.g., “The Smith Group”). You can share the templates with your admin, marketing assistant, or team members to market the team’s listings.
No. A standard license does not cover a Brokerage or Office-wide distribution. If you are a Broker/Owner wanting to provide these templates to all independent agents in your office, please contact us for Enterprise Licensing.
No. You are purchasing a license to use the templates for your real estate business. Reselling, sub-licensing, or distributing the source files as your own product is strictly prohibited.

This is usually a file format issue.

For Print: Always download your design as a PDF Print.
For Screens: Download as a JPG or PNG.
This is a one-click feature available in Canva Pro. If you are using Canva Free, we recommend using a free third-party tool like remove.bg before uploading your photo to Canva.
Screens emit light (RGB), while paper absorbs ink (CMYK). A slight shift in color tone is normal. If your print looks too dark, try brightening your photos slightly in Canva before downloading.
Orders & Access
Immediately after purchase, you will receive an email with a PDF download. This PDF contains the direct links to access your templates inside Canva, along with your instructions.
Due to the digital nature of our products (instant download), all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds once the files have been sent. Please read the product description carefully to ensure it fits your needs (e.g., checking if it requires Canva Pro).
No. We are a product-led company. We provide the systems that allow you to do the work yourself for a fraction of the cost of hiring an agency. We do not offer 1-on-1 customization services.
