Licensing Information

The Short Version: We believe in a fair exchange of value. If you use our systems to sell your listings (or your team’s listings), you are covered. If you distribute our systems to help unaffiliated agents sell their listings without paying, you are violating our license.

1. The “Single-Business” License Rule

Every digital product purchased from Agent Marketeur comes with a Standard Commercial License. This license applies to one business unit.

Unlike other template shops that charge “per seat,” we do not cap your team size. Whether you are a solo agent or a team of 20, if you operate as a single cohesive unit, one license covers you.

What defines a “Business Unit”?

  • Individual Agent: If you are a solo agent, you are the business unit. You can use the template for all your personal listings forever.
  • Real Estate Team: If you are a team sharing a brand identity (e.g., “The Smith Group”), the team is the business unit. You may purchase one license and distribute the template to all your team members and admin staff to ensure everyone stays on-brand.

2. What You Can & Cannot Do

You ARE Allowed To:

  • Market Unlimited Listings: Use the template for as many properties as you (or your team) represent.
  • Share with Your Team: Send the Canva link to your agents, assistants, or Marketing Director to edit on the team’s behalf.
  • Print Unlimited Copies: Print 50 or 50,000 flyers for your open houses.
  • Edit Freely: Change colors, fonts, and photos to match your brand.

You Are NOT Allowed To:

  • Share with Outside Agents: You cannot email the template link to an agent at the desk next to you who runs their own independent business.
  • Resell the File: You cannot resell, sub-license, or redistribute the digital source files (the Canva link) to anyone.
  • Create “Derivative” Templates: You cannot modify the design slightly and then sell it as your own “new” template shop product.
  • Publicly Post Source Links: You cannot post the editable Canva link on public forums, Facebook groups, or brokerage intranets.

3. The “Team” vs. “Brokerage” Distinction

To prevent abuse of our unlimited team policy, we strictly define the difference between a Team (Covered) and a Brokerage (Not Covered).

Scenario A: The Team (Covered)

  • Identity: “The Johnson Group.”
  • Structure: All agents market under a shared Team Name and Team Logo. Marketing is often standardized by a team lead.
  • Verdict: Permitted. One license covers the entire group.

Scenario B: The Brokerage (Not Covered)

  • Identity: “Big City Realty.”
  • Structure: Agents market themselves primarily as independent individuals (e.g., “Jane Doe at Big City Realty” vs. “John Smith at Big City Realty”). Each agent pays their own marketing expenses.
  • Verdict: Prohibited. A Broker/Owner cannot buy one $15 license and distribute it to the entire office roster. Each independent agent (or sub-team) requires their own license.

4. Enterprise & Volume Licensing

If you are a Broker/Owner or Marketing Director looking to provide Agent Marketeur systems to your entire office roster (10+ independent seats), we offer Enterprise Volume Licensing.

This allows you to legally distribute our “Master System” templates to all your agents as a recruiting and retention value-add.

5. Intellectual Property Warning

Agent Marketeur retains all ownership and copyright of the original designs. Your purchase grants you a license to use the design, not own the original asset. Violation of these terms may result in license revocation and legal action.
