Editable Canva Report Template for Real Estate Agents

Weekly Seller Update Report Template

Give sellers an update that looks like a report, not a quick text.

A quick “showings are going well” text doesn’t always give sellers the context they need — and it leaves them guessing about what’s actually happening with their listing. This template gives you a clean, repeatable report — listing activity, open house results, showing feedback, and nearby listing context — so you send a finished, professional update in minutes instead of rebuilding one every week. Page 1 is your standard weekly update; add the other pages when the week’s activity calls for them.

What this report covers

Four report pages, used as the week needs:

  • Weekly Seller Update — showings, online views, days on market, saves, traffic by source, buyer feedback, market activity, your recommendation, and a personal note. This is your every-week page.
  • Open House Recap — visitors, interested buyers, represented buyers, a visitor-interest read, common questions, feedback, and your follow-up plan. Add it the week you hold an open house.
  • Showing Feedback Summary — cumulative showings, recurring themes, positive notes, buyer hesitations, and what the feedback suggests. Add it when feedback has built up enough to show a pattern.
  • Nearby Listing Activity — pricing context, a comparable-listings table, status notes, and a seller-facing takeaway. Add it when the competition is the conversation.

Who this is for

Best for agents who want a cleaner way to keep sellers informed during an active listing — and to ground pricing conversations in something that looks considered.

A good fit if you:

  • want sellers to see more than a text or a forwarded portal link
  • hold weekly check-ins during an active listing
  • need to walk into a pricing conversation with context, not just an opinion
  • want a repeatable format instead of a custom report every week

What’s included

  • 4 editable Canva report pages (8.5×11, portrait) — Weekly Update, Open House Recap, Showing Feedback Summary, Nearby Listing Activity
  • A short usage note on which pages to use each week and how to keep the report clean
  • Canva template link plus a printable PDF version

How it works

1. Open the Canva template.

2. Replace the sample details — property, agent, brokerage.

3. Enter your numbers — listing activity, feedback, open house notes, nearby listings.

4. Edit the charts, table, and notes as needed.

5. Export a PDF and send it to your seller.

Use Page 1 every week; add Pages 2–4 when they’re relevant.

A report, not a text

The difference a seller feels is between a message they have to take your word on and a page that shows the work. Numbers, traffic sources, feedback themes, and a comparable-listings table — laid out so the seller sees the picture, not just your summary of it. That’s what makes a pricing recommendation land as informed rather than convenient, and it’s the format that holds up when the conversation gets harder later in the listing.

Works well with

The report summarizes the week; these feed it cleaner inputs:

  • the open house sign-in kit to capture visitor information at the property before you recap the open house
  • the open house lead follow-up tracker to organize visitor notes and follow-up before turning the strongest insights into the seller update

Compatibility and setup notes

This is a manual Canva report — it does not connect to MLS, listing portals, Google Sheets, CRMs, or live dashboards. You enter your own numbers, notes, feedback, and comparable listings. Most charts edit directly in Canva; on the Open House Recap page, the visitor-interest donut uses editable chart data plus editable legend labels, so enter those three numbers in both places and keep them matching. Editable with a free Canva account — built with Canva’s free elements, no Pro subscription needed; Canva occasionally changes which elements are free, and if you ever hit a Pro-flagged item it’s quick to swap or remove. Review all market data, comparables, and brokerage requirements before sending. Digital template; nothing physical ships.
