The headshot frame on the timeline boards is optional — add your photo or delete the frame. You fill in the details, wording, and property fields yourself; nothing is pulled or tracked automatically. These are workflow and marketing tools, not legal, compliance, brokerage, MLS, transaction, or advertising guidance — always follow your brokerage, MLS, state, local, advertising, and platform requirements.
