Local Marketing Tools
Stay the name people think of locally.
Most of your marketing goes to the listing you have right now. The problem is the stretch between listings — the weeks when nothing’s going out, and the sellers in your area slowly forget which agent they meant to call.
These templates keep you visible between listings: a market-update flyer that shows you know the neighborhood’s numbers, and a set of social posts that keep your feed active without designing something new every week. You edit them in Canva, and reuse them as your market and your listings change.
Who this is for
- Agents farming a neighborhood or zip code who want to be the local market voice
- Agents who go quiet between listings and want a steady, low-effort way to stay visible
- Agents who want a social feed that looks like one brand, not a pile of one-off posts
- Agents comfortable editing in Canva (no design background needed)
Not ideal for:
- Agents who need print pieces for a specific active listing — flyers, brochures, detail sheets — see Listing Marketing Tools
- Agents who need open house sign-in, lead capture, or follow-up — see Open House Tools
- Agents who want posts scheduled and published for them — these are editable templates you post yourself, not a posting service or automation

Pick the piece you need, or use both to stay visible between listings. Each one edits in Canva and reuses as your market and listings change.
Market Update
Real Estate Market Update Flyer
Send your neighborhood its numbers in a flyer that reads like a market authority piece. Four versions — data-only, a QR home-value ask, and two photo looks — so one update fits however you reach people.
Social Templates
Real Estate Social Media Templates
A 12-post Instagram set that keeps your feed active and on-brand — listings, sold results, market updates, and agent intro posts that all share one look. Edit in Canva and post on your own schedule.
You’ll complete checkout securely on Etsy. Each listing shows exactly what’s included, the size and format, and what you can edit.
Common questions
Do I need Canva Pro?
No. These edit on Canva’s free plan. If you already have Pro you can use it, but it isn’t required.
Do I need professional photos?
Not for these. The social set works with listing photos, a headshot, or simple background colors. The market-update flyer includes a no-photo, data-only layout for when you don’t have a usable local image.
Can I post the social templates straight to Instagram, and print the flyer?
Yes. The social posts are sized for Instagram (1080×1080) — export and post them on your own schedule. The market-update flyer is a standard 8.5×11, so you can print it at home, at the office, or send it to a local shop, or share it as a PDF.
Can I reuse them?
Yes. Make your own copy, swap the numbers, photos, and details, and reuse them every month or every listing.
What do I actually get after I buy?
An instant download through Etsy — a PDF with links to the editable Canva templates, plus a quick-start guide. You make your own copies and reuse them.
