Editable Canva Template for Real Estate Agents
Listing Presentation for Realtors
Open on the seller’s goals and the pricing evidence, not your résumé.
Most listing presentations open with the agent — bio, awards, team, sales volume — before the seller has been asked a single question. This one puts the seller’s goals and the pricing evidence first, and moves your credentials to the back.
It ships as two files built from one master: a printed 8.5×11 leave-behind the seller can write on at the table, and a matching 16:9 slide deck you present from a laptop or tablet. The content is the same in both, and it’s editable in free Canva.

The problem this solves
Most listing presentations open with the agent. Bio, awards, team, sales volume, all before the seller has been asked a single question. The seller sits through an introduction when what they want is a straight answer on price and a plan for their home. If a second agent is presenting the same week, the meeting that ends with a decision usually beats the one that ends with a promise to follow up.
What it is
An editable listing presentation that puts the seller’s goals and the pricing evidence first, and moves your credentials to the back. It ships as two files built from one master: a printed 8.5×11 leave-behind the seller can write on at the table, and a matching 16:9 slide deck you present from a laptop or tablet. The content is the same in both. Nothing is stretched or cropped to fit the other shape.
Who it is for
Listing agents preparing for a seller meeting. It works whether you lead with a track record or are still building one: the proof page ships in two fully designed versions, so newer agents can lead with a documented process and written commitments instead of production numbers, and established agents can lead with results and testimonials. Neither version is a fallback.
What’s included
Two editable Canva template links. The portrait leave-behind is 8.5×11 (18 seller-facing pages) and the deck is 1920×1080 (19 slides after you remove the guidance page). You also get a Quick Start Guide with both template links.
The presentation moves in order:
- cover, agenda, and the seller’s goals
- the home and the local market
- a comparable-sales table and a value range drawn from those comps
- three pricing positions and what each does to timing, plus the cost of starting high
- a launch-position decision page you complete together
- how buyers find the home, the launch-week plan, showings, and a communication schedule
- the listed-to-closed sequence, your chosen proof page, common objections, the fee page, and next steps
A look inside
A few representative pages.

The comps, value range, and list position shown are an illustrative worked example — sample data for demonstration, not benchmarks or typical results. The sample cover is an AI-generated template, not a real property.
How it works
Open both Canva templates from the links in your download. Use Find and Replace to drop in your name, brokerage, license number, market area, and contact details. Add your headshot and brokerage logo, keep or swap the sample cover, and enter your own comparable sales, value range, and recommended list position over the worked example. Choose your proof page and delete the other. Review the fee page against your brokerage’s requirements. Print the portrait file to leave behind and present the deck from your screen. Later appointments are faster once your recurring details are set, so setup focuses on the property, the market, the comps, and the pricing.
Why it’s easier than a generic template
The persuasion pages ship with written default copy, so you are editing rather than writing from a blank page. The comparable-sales, value-range, and pricing pages are structured for the pricing conversation instead of a generic “about me” layout. And you get both the printed leave-behind and the screen deck from one purchase, matched to each other, rather than reformatting a single file to fit the other medium. It is built in free Canva. No paid subscription is required.
Related next steps
Pairs cleanly with the Pre-Listing Packet, the document you send before the appointment so the seller arrives informed. For the full pre-listing, presentation, launch, reporting, and closing workflow, the Seller Marketing System brings these together — a fuller workflow this presentation fits into, not something it requires. You’ll find this template alongside the rest of the lane in Guides & Presentations.
