Printable Canva Template Set for Real Estate Agents
Open House Sign-In Kit
One coordinated set for the door, the table, and the takeaway.
Buying a sign-in sheet here and a welcome sign there leaves you with pieces that don’t match and a table that looks thrown together. This kit is the whole setup — welcome sign, sign-in sheet, property takeaway, feedback slips, and a flyer — designed to look like one open house, not five separate handouts. Update the details across the pieces, print what you need, and reuse the set for the next listing.

Why the full kit, not one piece
Each piece does one job. A welcome sign tells guests they’re in the right place. A sign-in sheet captures who came. A takeaway gives buyers something to keep. Feedback slips give you a quick read on what they noticed. A flyer covers the property details.
Bought separately, they look separate. Used together, they read as one organized setup — which is the difference between a table a buyer trusts and one they walk past. This is the step up from a single sign-in or feedback piece on its own.
Who this is for
Best for agents who want a prepared, consistent open house setup they can print and reuse — across single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and units.
A good fit if you:
- want your sign-in, welcome sign, takeaway, flyer, and feedback to match
- print open house materials at home or in-office
- list a mix of property types and need address formats that flex
- want a setup that looks ready, not last-minute
What’s included
5 template types, 8 editable Canva layouts:
- Welcome Sign — three address layouts so the same sign works for a street address, a unit number, or a shorter unit-style address (single-family, condo, or unit — no forcing one format)
- Sign-In Sheet — a printable visitor sheet with name, email, phone, and a pre-printed “Have an agent?” column, plus a short note so guests understand why they’re signing in
- Property Takeaway — a one-page details handout with a listing photo, key stats, highlights, your contact info, and a buyer next step, in QR and non-QR versions (the QR/text version lets buyers scan or text for the full listing details)
- Quick Feedback Slips — a 4-up sheet of simple buyer questions with optional contact space, for the exit or sign-in table
- Open House Flyer — a photo-forward flyer with property details, highlights, your contact info, and a private-showing line for anyone who can’t make the open house
Everything in the set
The kit is one coordinated set, not a single sheet — here’s every piece.

How it works
1. Open the templates in Canva (works with a free account).
2. Add your property photo — the frames are forgiving, so it drops in and fits.
3. Type in the property and open house details — address, date, time, price, beds, baths, square footage, highlights.
4. Add your agent details — name, contact, headshot, logo.
5. Add your QR code if you’re using the QR takeaway.
6. Print at home, at the office, or with a print shop.
What this kit isn’t
So you buy the right thing: the sign-in here is a printed sign-in sheet, not a QR or Google Form sign-in — if you specifically want digital capture, that’s the separate QR sign-in product. This kit also doesn’t include directional, parking, or street signage (that’s the open house signs set), and it’s not a CRM — no automated texting, email, or lead tracking.
Works well with
The kit runs the event itself — greeting, capturing, handing out, and gathering quick feedback. For what happens after, pair it with the open house lead follow-up tracker to sort visitors by interest level, agent status, and next action once the showing’s over.
Compatibility and setup notes
Editable in Canva with a free account — built with Canva’s free elements, no Pro subscription needed. Canva occasionally changes which elements are free; if you ever hit a Pro-flagged item, it’s quick to swap or remove. The photos, QR codes, logos, and details in the preview images are examples — replace them with your own. Digital template set; nothing physical ships. No CRM, automated texting, email automation, or Google Form included.
