Editable Canva Templates for Real Estate Agents
Real Estate Listing Social Media Kit
Promote one listing from Coming Soon to Just Sold.
You got the listing. Now every post about it — the teaser, the launch, the open house, the price change, the sold announcement — should look like part of the same campaign instead of five posts in five different styles. This kit gives you 14 matched Canva templates, a feed post and a story for each stage of the listing.
Swap the photo, edit the address and price, apply your brand color, and post the same day. Use the stages your listing actually has — not every listing has a price change or an open house, and this kit gives you full coverage without forcing every template every time.

What this kit helps you do
A listing looks well-run when the posts about it hang together — same look from the first teaser to the final sold, each stage announced on time. This kit gives you that without designing a new post for every milestone.
Use it to:
- tease a listing before it goes live with a Coming Soon post and story
- launch it with a Just Listed announcement that matches everything that follows
- promote the open house, post a price change, and mark Under Contract as the deal moves
- announce Just Sold and close the run with a Client Review
- keep one consistent look across the whole listing instead of a pile of one-off posts
Who this is for
Best for agents who want their listing posts to look consistent and professional across the whole sale, without rebuilding a post from scratch at every stage.
A good fit if you:
- want your Instagram and Facebook posts for one listing to read as a single campaign
- post listing updates yourself and want them to match
- want full coverage from Coming Soon to Just Sold without designing each piece
- are comfortable dropping a photo and listing details into a Canva template
Not ideal if:
- you want posts written, scheduled, and published for you — these are editable templates you post yourself, not a posting service or automation
- you only need print pieces for the listing — see the Listing Marketing print templates
- you want a full open-house promotion run with countdown reminders — that’s the Open House Instagram Templates; this kit includes one Open House stage
What’s included
14 editable Canva templates, all sharing one consistent look — one feed post and one story for each of the 7 listing stages:
- 7 Instagram feed posts — 1080 × 1350 (portrait 4:5)
- 7 Instagram stories — 1080 × 1920
The 7 listing stages:
- Coming Soon — tease the listing before it goes live
- Just Listed — the launch announcement
- Open House — promote the showing
- New Price — post a price change
- Under Contract — mark the accepted offer
- Just Sold — the closing announcement
- Client Review — close the run with a testimonial
Also included:
- 7 short caption starters — one editable starter per stage, to give each post a first line you can edit. These are short prompts, not a full caption calendar.
- One-page usage note — how to run the sequence across a listing, and which stages to skip when they don’t apply.
- PDF delivery file with your Canva template link.
You make your own copies in Canva, swap in each stage’s photo and the listing details, apply your brand color, and reuse the kit on your next listing.
A look at the campaign
One matched look from teaser to sold.

How it works
1. Open the template link in Canva.
Open the link and make your own editable copies. Works with a free Canva account.
2. Add your listing photo.
Drop the listing image into each stage you’re using.
3. Edit the listing details.
Update the address, price, open house details, and property information.
4. Match it to your brand.
Change the accent color to your brand using Canva’s color tools.
5. Add your agent and brokerage details.
Update your name, brokerage, and contact information.
6. Download and post.
Export as PNG or JPG and post — feed posts to your grid, stories to your story. Use the stages that fit the listing.
Why a matched sequence beats one-off posts
Posting a listing in scattered styles makes the whole sale look improvised, and building a fresh graphic at every stage is the reason most agents skip half the milestones. A matched sequence fixes both: the look is already consistent across all 7 stages, and the design work — layout, spacing, type — is done, so the only thing left is the photo and the details. Coming Soon, Just Listed, the sold announcement, and the rest all read as one campaign, which is what makes the listing look professionally run.
Works well with
This kit handles the social side of one listing. It sits naturally alongside the rest of the Listing Marketing lane:
- the Listing Marketing print pieces — the Just Listed flyer, brochures, and 2-sided flyer for the same listing, when you want print and digital to match
- the Open House Instagram Templates for the open-house event itself — this kit includes one Open House stage; that kit is the full open-house promotion run
For your feed between listings, the Local Marketing social set keeps you posting when you don’t have an active listing. You don’t need any other product to use this kit.
Compatibility and setup notes
These are static Canva templates — a free Canva account is all you need to edit them. They’re sized for Instagram: 1080 × 1350 feed posts and 1080 × 1920 stories. The kit does not connect to MLS data, listing portals, schedulers, or social accounts. You edit each template, download it, and post through your own accounts — there’s no scheduling or auto-posting built in. The caption starters are short editable prompts, not a full caption calendar, hashtag strategy, or Reels and video scripts. It’s a digital product; nothing physical ships, and you reuse the kit on your own. Always review listing details, pricing, brokerage requirements, and required disclosures before publishing.
Common questions
Do I need Canva Pro?
No. The templates edit on Canva’s free plan.
Are these scheduled or posted for me?
No. You edit each post and put it up yourself (or in your own scheduler). The kit doesn’t connect to your social accounts and isn’t a posting service.
Do I have to use all 7 stages?
No. Use the stages your listing actually has. Not every listing has a price change or an open house — the kit gives full coverage so you have each stage when you need it.
Do the feed posts and stories match?
Yes. Each stage comes as a matched pair — a 1080 × 1350 feed post and a 1080 × 1920 story — so the grid and the story read as the same campaign.
Are the caption starters full captions?
No. They’re 7 short editable prompts, one per stage, to give you a first line. They aren’t a caption calendar, hashtag strategy, or Reels scripts.
Can I reuse it on the next listing?
Yes. Make a fresh copy, swap the photos and details, and run the sequence again for as long as you like.
