Real Estate Flyer Set — Just Listed, Open House & Just Sold
Seven flyers for one listing’s three moments — matched to the property, not forced through one layout.
One listing moves through three marketing moments, and each has a different job. This set gives you photo-led and detail-led options for Just Listed and Open House, plus three Just Sold layouts, so you choose the flyer by the property, the photography, and the story you actually have.
Seven print-ready 8.5×11 flyers from one set, one accent color, reused for every listing. Editable in free Canva — no other design software required.

The problem this solves
One listing moves through three different marketing moments, and each one has a different job. The flyer that announces a home should not do the same work as the one that supports the open house or the one that reports the result after closing. Most flyer bundles hand you a single layout in a few colors and leave you to force every property and every stage through it.
What it is
A set of seven print-ready 8.5×11 Canva flyers that cover a listing from launch through open house to closing. It gives you photo-led and detail-led options for Just Listed and Open House, plus three Just Sold layouts for different kinds of results, so you choose the flyer by the property, the photography, and the story you actually have.
Who it is for
Listing agents who market properties from launch through closing, whose photo quality varies from one listing to the next, and who want Just Listed, Open House, and Just Sold flyers that look like they came from one brand. It suits agents who print in the office or at a local shop and who want the common agent and disclosure fields already positioned. It is a practical alternative to one-layout flyer bundles.
What’s included
Seven editable US Letter flyers, delivered as one PDF with the Canva template link and a Quick-Start Guide:
- Just Listed — Photo-Led: one large hero image, then address, price, property facts, and a “Three things the photos don’t show” section. Use it when the home photographs well.
- Just Listed — Detail-Led: price and specifications lead, with one supporting photo, an About the Home section, and eight editable highlights. Use it when the value is in the updates, layout, or location.
- Open House — Photo-Led: a property-first flyer with a hero image, prominent date and time, address, price, facts, visitor information, and a scan-or-text block.
- Open House — Detail-Led: a date-led flyer that reads well on a counter or in a window, with the event details up front, a supporting photo, price and specs, QR code, directions, visitor notes, and a “Worth a Look” section.
- Just Sold — Result-Led: sold price, percentage of asking, days on market, the responsible agent, and a homeowner price-check call to action, led by the property photo.
- Just Sold — Neighborhood Proof: combines the sale with nearby comparable sales to turn one result into a local-market story.
- Just Sold — Neutral Results: a simplified result section for sales where the numbers do not strengthen the story, so you can still announce the sale professionally.
Every flyer includes labeled photo frames with recommended ratios, editable property and result fields, QR-ready action blocks, and the agent, brokerage, license, contact, headshot, and logo areas, on print-safe margins. Compliance fields are built in: an Equal Housing Opportunity line, status-specific disclaimers, anti-solicitation and past-results language on the Just Sold flyers, and an open-house time-change notice on the Open House flyers. Review all wording with your broker and confirm any state, brokerage, MLS, advertising, or fair-housing requirements before use.
A look at the set
The hero above is the Just Listed photo-led flyer. Here are the other six — a detail-led alternative, the two open house flyers, and the three Just Sold layouts.

The sale figures, days on market, and percentages shown are an illustrative worked example — sample data you replace with your own. You enter the property and comparable numbers manually; the set doesn’t promise offers, listings, or sale prices. The sample property and agent are demonstration content, not a real listing.
How it works
Download the PDF and open the Canva template link. Choose the flyer that fits the listing stage and the assets you have. Replace the sample property information and copy, then add your photos, headshot, brokerage logo, and contact details. Use Canva’s “Change all” to swap the one consistent accent color for your brand color. Add your QR code or edit the text-to keyword line, then export with PDF Print. It works with free Canva, and no other design software is required.
Why it’s easier than a one-layout bundle
You are choosing by the listing, not by decoration. The photo-led versions let strong photography carry the page; the detail-led versions lead with the specs when the story needs more explanation; and the three Just Sold layouts match the result you actually have, including one for sales where the numbers are better left understated. The compliance and identity fields are already positioned, and one shared accent color makes rebranding a single change rather than seven.

Part of the Listing Marketing set. For a fuller leave-behind, the 4-Page Listing Brochure presents the whole home; the 2-Sided Listing Flyer is a front-and-back detail sheet for the sign-in table. When you are running the event itself, the Open House QR Sign-In and Feedback Form capture visitors and feedback. Frame these as complements; the flyer set is complete on its own.
